This is a beginner guitar lesson on how to strum guitar using the correct up and down technique. All my beginner Vancouver guitar students go through this lesson to make sure that their technique is correct before we learn any songs.
Sometimes I get students who have learned how to play some songs on their own but their strumming technique is wrong. This prevents the songs from having a nice sounding flow, and it will also mean it will be harder to learn more songs.
