A great ballad that I still get requests here from my guitar students. There are some decent guitar chord charts online for this song and they are mostly right, but I thought it would help to add one that is as correct as can be, and to include the guitar strum pattern that is used. The strum pattern is a little unusual when we come across the C/B chord each time. So it's well worth including here.
Note, the "B" at the beginning of the strum pattern is my way as a guitar teacher to indicate that you should strike either just the bass note of the chord, or only the lower strings (2 or three strings approximately. On that first beat of the strum, we don't want to strike through all the strings. This give the first beat a different texture from all the others.
